Salt Lake County Fair
One of the days that Alexanders were here we went to the Salt Lake County Fair. We walked around the booths and exhibits. Jake liked playing all the booth games to get free things. He also did a scavenger hunt of the exhibits to get a free movie. We had hot dogs for lunch. We saw lots of animals including a sheep and cow getting “a hair cut”. We also got to feed some animals at the petting zoo. Jake just dropped the food on the ground. He didn’t want the animals to bite his hand. Then this big goat came and knocked him over and spilled his food and ate it all. Jake’s favorite part was all the rides. He ran from one ride to the next. Before going home we had snow cones which were really good because it was really hot. Josh slept the whole time at the fair and all the kids fell asleep driving home. Jake said he wants to go there everyday.
