Josh is 1 month

Josh turned 1 month yesterday. To celebrate he and mom went to church for the first time since his birth. Jake asked me Saturday night if I was ever going to go back to church. Kurt said that every Sunday Jake says that he really misses me and Josh. Josh slept through the whole thing. I watched all the moms struggling with their 1 year olds and thought we have so much to look forward to so I will keep a sleeping baby for as long as I can. He is getting so big. He is starting to be awake a little bit more especially from 3-6 in the morning (we are working on changing that). Jake wants him to be awake all the time. We started playing music in the room while he falls asleep like we did with Jake. He really likes the music and it seems to be relaxing him. Hopefully we will get another music lover. We went and had baby pictures taken today so family can look forward to getting their copy when they come. They turned out really cute!

Jake decided today that it was cold so he is wearing sweats. At one time he told me he was hot and I suggested putting on shorts. Then he changed his mind and thought that it was cold again. He also has decided that he would really like to be a diver. As he watches the divers on the Olympics he gets up on the couch and jumps down then pretends to swim. He tells me he needs to grow big arms and legs like the swimmers. He has another set of swim lessons starting the end of this week so seeing them swim on TV will help, I hope.
