On Friday, Kurt took the day off and in the afternoon we went to the circus. Also, Grandma Camille went with us. It was so much fun. They did a really good show that was action packed. Jake said he liked the motorcycles the best. They went so fast. He liked watching the animals and the clowns were so funny to him. The main clown kept stealing the ringmasters hat. At one time the clown was doing bubbles and the ringmaster told him “no bubbles are at the circus”. Then the hat came up in a big bubble. Jake laughed so hard. He kept telling us on the way home that “the clown didn’t listen because there are no bubbles at the circus.” He did not watch the acrobatic people very well. I liked these people that were called the Bombastic Bouncers. The bounced on these big unicycles that looked like inflatable tires. They flipped all over the place. Kurt’s favorite was the elephants and the dogs catching frisbees. Josh slept through most of it except for a diaper change and feeding at intermission. Thanks grandma for the circus book and treats.
