Cougar Run

Our family participated in the BYU Cougar Run. Jake ran 400 meters. He came in last place. He was back there talking to the guy instead of focusing on running. Then he tripped just before the finish line and two boys ran in front of him. He is not our athlete. Kurt and I ran in the 5K race. I came in 17th for my age group and 164th overall for the women. My time was 34:01 Kurt came in 10th for his age group and 135th for the men. Kurt’s time was 30:38. Josh cheered for us along with my mom on the sidelines. We are so proud of ourselves and look forward to the next race.
