Tying Shoes

One of the goals that Jake set for himself this year was to learn how to tie his shoes all by himself. For months he has been able to do the first part but always says that making the loops is too hard and needs help. Then one day we were going somewhere and Jake told me that he did it all by himself. I didn’t believe him and asked Kurt if he helped. Kurt thought that I had helped. Jake had done it all by himself! Now he won’t let anyone help him (unless he is in a really big hurry to get outside and play). Good job Jake!
