The Lion King

My mom got us tickets with her school to go see The Lion King at the Capitol Theatre. We loved it! We took Jake with us. He got to sit on an aisle seat and had a great view of the animals and people walking down the aisle to get to the stage. He has been singing Hakuna Matata and the “African” noises since we saw it. He loved Little Simba too and show us how he danced. I was worried that he would have a hard time sitting through it and lose interest, but he was wide awake the whole time and didn’t take his eyes off the stage. When it hit intermission, he turned to me and said that there was still some left in the movie and why was everyone leaving? He wanted to stay and finish it. I am glad that we can give him these opportunities.
